Superintendent
Responsibilities:

- Plan and supervise method of construction, manpower levels, material quantities equipment, temporary power sources, work schedule, and documenting actual hours worked.
- Maintain liaison with engineering and planning to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and schedule.

Assist in resolving construction problems (lack of productivity, work interfaces, etc.) as required.

Assist Human Resources in maintaining communications regarding employee job site performance as well as attendance and reviews.
-
Monitor craft compliance with project safety program requirements; document and ensure corrective measures are implemented.

Maintain liaison with vendors and Inspectors to ensure all required materials, equipment, inspections, etc., support craft activities and project schedule.
-
Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.

- Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control and ability to control and ability to supervise ten to fifty employees is essential.

Valid Colorado (or reciprocal) JW license.
-
Must have safe driving record and a valid driver’s license according to legal requirements.

Minimum of four years supervisory experience in similar facility construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures required.

Project Manager
Responsibilities:

Leads team to complete projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.

Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.

Conducts cost analysis.
-
Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
-
Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks and provides recommendations for mitigation of risk.
-
Acts as a liaison between company, clients, and vendors.
-
Develops overall baseline scheduling outlining key milestone dates for design/engineering.
-
Develops procurement strategies based on the size of the project, geographical location, and local vendors.
-
Manages the Owner’s design team, develop an engineering schedule and schedule adherence, and comprehensive BOD development.
-
Provides estimating services including defining the scopes, quantity takeoffs by scopes, budget development, leveling of pricing, and estimate reviews provided by 3rd party subcontractors.

Develops project budgets through the PFP process and establish a baseline budget.
-
Provides recommendations based on current sets of construction documents as to the amount of contingency to carry for each scope.

Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.

Assistant Project Manager
Responsibilities:
​

Develops a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of projects, following a logical pattern for utilization of resources.
-
Minimizes exposure and risk by implementing safety standards and quality assurance controls.
-
Coordinates work of subcontractors on various phases of multiple projects.
-
Oversees performance of all trade contractors and reviews architectural and engineering drawings to ensure specifications and regulations are being followed.
-
Properly manages and executes construction contracts deliverables and coordinates/maintains all necessary permits and licenses.
-
Reports to Project Executive, owner, architects and portfolio managers about progress and any necessary modifications of plans.
-
Plans, implements, tracks and closeout / turnover of construction projects and conducts project meetings.

Manages day to day client interactions and expectations, directly or in a supervisory role.

Accurately forecasts and manages to revenue, profitability, and project costs.

Generates and issues regular internal and external project reporting through appropriate channels of communication and reporting.

Proactively identifies changes in project scope and ensures appropriate measures are taken.

Administers Submittal Review process between Subcontractors/Suppliers and design team.

Drafts contracts, requests purchase orders, prepare and review invoices, draft project schedule of values and manage project cash-flow.
